Inspiration
In 2023, WeCrochet reached out and asked me if I would like to collaborate and design five quilt-inspired crochet blankets for 2024. I excitedly jumped at the opportunity! Early settlers thought the flowers of the cranberry plant looked like the head of a Sandhill Crane. In Wisconsin, those birds love to visit the cranberry bogs. This blanket is dedicated to my childhood. My Grandpa was a foreman of a Wisconsin cranberry marsh for longer than I've been alive and I grew up making wonderful memories there.
Supplies Needed
- Crochet Hook: H-8 (5 mm). I love using Furls Hooks. They are so comfortable and I don’t get stressed hands or wrists like I once did. Use the code HOOK15 for 15% off.
- Yarn: Worsted Weight. Brava Worsted.
PDF Patterns:
Due to this being a collaboration, this pattern will not be offered as a free pattern on the blog. It will only be offered as a PDF pattern, as part of the five blanket eBook, or as a kit with WeCrochet.
